Biography:

EDUCATION: Coach Ferrante is an alumnus of Saint Joseph High School (2019) and Saint Vincent College where he graduated with a degree in Sports/Business Management. 

BIO & EXPERIENCE:

Coach Ferrante found a love of the game of Soccer early. He started off young playing for Kiski Area Youth Soccer, eventually growing up to earn the title of captain at Saint Joseph High School. The game shaped his journey, and he even balanced basketball along the way. Due to COVID, Coach Ferrante’s athletic path was shifted, but the memories of the fields and courts stayed with him throughout college.

Proud to be guiding young athletes, Coach Ferrante has spent the last two years coaching at Saint Joseph High School while honing his management skills at UPS. He firmly believes that success in both academics and sports comes from thorough preparation and tackling challenges head-on.

SPORT INFO:

Soccer runs during the Fall season, with practices beginning in August. The Spartan’s home field is located in Freeport Community Park.
