Biography:

EDUCATION: Lancaster Catholic High School (2010), University of Pittsburgh - Bachelor’s (2014), Duquesne University - Master’s (2017)

BIO & EXPERIENCE:

Coach Anater thrived as a multi-sport athlete, starting at just four years old and continuing all the way through high school. He participated in three varsity sports, celebrating a football state championship win his senior year. Afterward, he entertained multiple offers from D1, D2, and D3 schools, but ultimately decided to focus solely on his education. Since graduating, he has coached basketball, football, track, tennis, and is now the golf coach for the Spartans.

As a passionate educator and coach with a decade of experience, Coach Anater focuses on guiding young minds while fostering teamwork in all areas. A firm believer in prayer, positivity, and self-discipline, he inspires his students and athletes through lessons from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens. “Be Proactive, not Reactive” is his approach towards school, sports, and life.

SPORT INFO:

Spartan Golf will open practice sessions beginning in August. Their home course is River Forest Country Club in Freeport, Pennsylvania.
